These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the concretelompoc.com website and your relationship with Lompoc Concrete ("we," "us," or "our") when requesting or receiving services. By using this Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing concretelompoc.com or requesting services from Lompoc Concrete, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Site or engage our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site or services constitutes acceptance.
Lompoc Concrete is a concrete contractor operating in Lompoc, California and surrounding communities. Our services include, but are not limited to, concrete driveway building, patio construction, stamped concrete, sidewalk building, garage floors, decorative concrete, retaining walls, floor installation, pool decks, steps, foundations, footings, parking lots, and concrete cutting.
All services are provided for residential and commercial properties within our established service area. We reserve the right to decline projects that fall outside our capacity or service area at our sole discretion.
All estimates we provide are based on information gathered during an on-site consultation. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties sign a written project agreement.
Prices may be revised if site conditions differ materially from those observed at the time of estimate, if the scope of work changes at the customer's request, or if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project. We will notify you in writing before proceeding with any work that would increase the estimated cost.
Permit fees, utility markings, and third-party inspection costs may be included in the estimate or itemized separately. Your written estimate will specify which costs are included.
Project start dates are estimated and subject to change based on weather, permit processing times, material availability, and prior project completion. We will notify you as early as possible if a scheduled start date needs to change.
If you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled project, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a deposit has been paid and work has been scheduled may result in forfeiture of the deposit, depending on costs already incurred for materials, permits, or crew scheduling.
We reserve the right to postpone or suspend work due to unsafe weather conditions, site access issues, or other factors outside our reasonable control. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather events, supply chain disruptions, or government-mandated shutdowns.
Payment terms will be specified in your written project agreement. In general, we require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon substantial project completion. Specific payment milestones will be detailed in your contract.
Accepted payment methods will be disclosed in your project agreement. All invoices are due upon receipt unless other terms are agreed upon in writing. Balances not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees as specified in the project agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payment obligations are not met on schedule. Disputed amounts must be communicated to us in writing within 5 business days of receiving an invoice.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be detailed in your written project agreement. In general, we warrant that our work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for the local area.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by settlement or movement of soils not disclosed at the time of estimate, customer misuse or alteration of completed work, damage caused by third parties, or natural events such as flooding, earthquakes, or extreme weather. Normal concrete characteristics such as minor hairline cracks, color variation, and surface texture variation are not defects and are not covered by any warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Lompoc Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the performance of services or your use of this Site. Our total liability in any matter related to services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Santa Barbara County, California.
